Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field craftspeople, supervision, and project engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project finances, including cash flow, materials management, and job cost control, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Mentor and develop project engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and company performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in MEP construction project management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering or construction management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with design-build and IPD project delivery methods, as well as Lean Construction tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
