- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Experience with design-build and IPD project delivery methods, as well as Lean Construction tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
