- Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in MEP construction project management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering or construction management.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of project finances, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Lean Construction Tools: Familiarity with Lean Construction tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience working on data centers, federal projects, industrial, and healthcare projects is a plus.
