Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Reporting Associate to join our Real Estate Tax Credit organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing reporting on our stabilizing portfolio, generating simple reports, and reviewing and editing investor reporting. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively communicate with internal staff and ensure the accuracy of our reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reporting on the stabilizing portfolio, providing simple reporting on a smaller portfolio of clients or older/less complex funds.
  • Generate simple reports, reviewing and editing investor reporting in collaboration with internal staff as appropriate.
  • Monitor progress of property construction or lease-up, coordinating assessment of fund performance with fund managers and stabilization managers.
  • Collect and distribute insurance certificates and property financial statements to proprietary investors.
  • Collect information related to basic ad hoc investor requests, creating simple queries.
Requirements
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
