- Maintain a continuous focus on process improvement, emphasizing alignment across all entities.
- Create and uphold adequate procedural documentation.
- Support SOX compliance and reporting efforts.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with plant finance and accounting teams.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and evaluate potential solutions and implications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
- Ability to interpret financial data in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
The following qualifications are essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials are preferred.
This position falls under the Accounting and Finance department and reports directly to the Division VP of Finance.
Relocation assistance is available for this role. This position involves access to information or production processes that are subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations. To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person as outlined in these regulations.
