The Role:

As an Investment Portfolio Specialist at Fisher Investments, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Investment Policy Committee's portfolio management strategies by cultivating market knowledge and strategic insights. Collaborating closely with Research Analysts, Trading teams, and Portfolio Engineers, you will gain comprehensive expertise in various aspects of portfolio management, including executing rebalances and managing trade processes. In this influential position, you will share your strategic insights with both internal stakeholders and our esteemed clients through meetings and detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and analyze portfolio performance and positioning, providing insights to the Investment Policy Committee as needed.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop proactive strategies aimed at enhancing portfolio performance.
3. Ensure that all trading and rebalancing activities align with the expectations set by the Investment Policy Committee.
4. Articulate your strategic insights to both internal and external clients.

Your Background:

- Over 5 years of experience in a comparable portfolio management position, including experience in buy-side research and trading.
- Proven track record of delivering insights that drive portfolio performance.
- Proficient in managing large datasets and familiar with financial data systems.
- Experience in simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- A commitment to utilizing your skills and knowledge to benefit our clients.

Compensation:

Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually. Starting compensation may vary based on experience.

- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on both individual and firm performance.
