Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Ken's Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including quality control, research and development, and packaging, to ensure that production needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food science, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of quality control procedures.
