Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. food science, operations management, business administration).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and quality control procedures.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to loud noises, moving machinery, and other hazards. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required.
