Regional Sales Executive

Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in cultivating a diverse portfolio of service opportunities within the SCA framework, targeting municipal, construction, industrial, and homeowner association sectors to drive sustainable sales growth. This role necessitates significant travel, as the individual will operate as a business development specialist within designated districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and strategic goals for assigned accounts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and potential clients.
- Represent SCA at industry trade shows and conventions.
- Engage in marketing initiatives and follow-up activities as needed.
- Communicate sales activities effectively to support opportunity progression.
- Articulate SCA's service capabilities to current and prospective clients.
- Adhere to pricing approval procedures prior to quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize on sales opportunities.
- Document account details, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
- Identify and pursue new revenue-generating service avenues.
- Consistently meet and report on sales objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive follow-up skills on leads and client interactions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license required.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Flexibility to travel as needed and the ability to adapt to various personality types are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working for extended periods on a computer, including virtual meetings.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in the sweeping or service industry.
- Experience in commercial construction and municipal sales.
