Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and proficient Senior Litigation Attorney to enhance our legal department as a Supervisor.

In this capacity, you will direct and mentor a group of attorneys in managing intricate and prominent litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in personal injury litigation, coupled with a robust comprehension of litigation tactics and settlement processes.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of litigation attorneys, offering direction and assistance throughout every phase of the litigation journey.
Examine and evaluate legal documents, evidence, and various materials to formulate effective litigation approaches.
Engage in the negotiation and resolution of cases, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.

Facilitate resolution discussions with opposing parties, insurance companies, and defense attorneys. Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys, aiding in their professional development in litigation.

Prepare for and execute trials, which includes jury selection, opening statements, witness examination, and closing arguments.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law institution.
Admission to the California bar.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation, demonstrating a successful track record.
Comprehensive knowledge of litigation strategies, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Capability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks efficiently.
Experience in supervising and guiding junior attorneys.
