We are on the lookout for an experienced Lead Civil Litigation Counsel to enhance our vibrant legal team.

You will oversee all facets of civil litigation, which includes drafting legal documents, motions, discovery processes, and preparing for trials. Additionally, you will advocate for clients in court, conduct depositions, and facilitate settlement negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all dimensions of litigation, encompassing case strategy, document preparation, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeals.

Position Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in civil litigation, including trial experience.
  • Expertise in law and motion practice.
  • Outstanding legal research and writing capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects with a sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and high professional standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
