The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in personal injury litigation and a comprehensive understanding of litigation tactics and settlement processes.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of litigation attorneys, offering guidance and support throughout all phases of the litigation journey.
2. Review and assess legal documents, evidence, and other relevant materials to formulate effective litigation strategies.
3. Engage in negotiations and settlements of cases, striving for optimal outcomes for our clients.

4. Oversee resolution discussions with opposing parties, insurance companies, and defense attorneys.
5. Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys, fostering their development in litigation skills and knowledge.

6. Prepare for and conduct trials, including jury selection, opening statements, witness examination, and closing arguments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law institution.
- Admission to the California bar.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Strong expertise in litigation strategy, encompassing motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks efficiently.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior attorneys.
