Talent Acquisition and Retention Expert

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced startup environment at Jerry, where you will play a critical role in elevating our organizational talent density and ensuring that every department operates at an extremely high level.

About the Opportunity:

You will partner closely with our entire executive suite and people leaders across all functions to own talent development, supporting our leaders on all performance management and career development initiatives. Your expertise will help us navigate difficult decisions and ensure that our team members have the resources and support to achieve their ambitious goals.

Your Impact:

  • Owning talent development and supporting leaders on performance management and career development initiatives
  • Partnering with executive leadership to identify gaps and ideate solutions to elevate employee retention and engagement
  • Elevating Jerry's culture through recognition and support programs
  • Addressing employee concerns with empathy and integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and human resources regulations

Jerry is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $130K - $180K per year.
