Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive talent development and organizational growth. This role will partner with leadership to elevate employee retention, engagement, and performance standards. You'll champion Jerry's culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance reviews and performance management processes.
- Provide guidance on goal setting, goal attainment, and personnel decisions.
- Identify gaps and ideate solutions to elevate employee retention and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and human resources regulations.
- HR certification strongly preferred.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $130K - $180K per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
