Job Summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a highly skilled Regional Leader of Talent Development to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our regional support team, this leader will be responsible for driving the execution of our training standards across all areas within the region.

This critical role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in field training and 5+ years of restaurant operations experience in quick service or fast casual. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading teams, developing talent, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Area Leaders of Training to set and achieve objectives and goals
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits with Area Leaders of Training to evaluate training effectiveness and identify operational support needs
  • Facilitate training for Train the Trainer classes for new and updated company initiatives
  • Own the regional strategy and execution of certifications for Training Restaurants
  • Support New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training performance through strategic engagement and partnership with the Regional Leader of Growth
