Job Title: Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at Agilent, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our cutting-edge instruments at customer sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer locations to perform service and maintenance tasks
  • Install and optimize hardware and software products at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair services
  • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions
  • Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar position or as an end-user
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Verbal and written communication skills are clear, respectful, and timely
  • Valid driver's license and passport
