Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities to add value through additional services
  • Drive a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with a focus on first-time fixes
  • Cultivate customer relationships and achieve revenue growth targets
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
Requirements
  • Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science, or military equivalent
  • 1 year of computer literacy and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • 1 year of troubleshooting skills and ability to use documentation for troubleshooting purposes
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of prior field service experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, Flow Cytometry, and/or Automation
  • Inventory management experience, including cycle counts, updating stock, and returning aging inventory
Travel and Physical Requirements
  • Local travel required daily, with overnight travel 40-50% of the time
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid passport or equivalent for travel into Canada
