Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Blackhawk Network. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service results.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve customer service results.
