About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a coordinated approach to company goals
  • Conduct sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to keep the sales team at peak efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven success record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role
  • Experience leading, motivating, and training a high performing sales team (3-5 reps)
  • Experience with building outreach cadences that include emails, calls, and LinkedIn steps
  • Capable of building out new sales processes (both inbound and outbound) with an emphasis on closing
  • Highly skilled presenter, capable of winning deals when competing with other office furniture sales people
  • Highly skilled written communicator able to present ideas, create reporting data, and write process documents
