About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from interest to move-in. You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports its Sales associates through a 3-week on-boarding & orientation program, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area. You will also have the opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
