Senior Sales Director

Wolf is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our sales organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- 7-9 years of sales experience, preferably in mid-market B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
