Wolf is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our sales organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of sales experience, preferably in mid-market B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
