Job Summary
Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Government Contracts practice group, working from our Washington, D.C. office.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the representation of clients in government contracts matters, including false claims, internal investigations, bid protest litigation, compliance, due diligence, and grants.
- Conduct research and analysis on government contracts laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve government contracts disputes.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in government contracts, specifically in the areas of false claims, internal investigations, bid protest litigation, compliance, due diligence, and grants.
- Excellent academic credentials and highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Membership in the D.C. Bar or eligibility to waive-in.
