We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Document Control Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all project documents are submitted by the contractor and meet the requirements of the Design-Build contract
  • Reviewing inspection and test reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Uploading documents into ProjectWise on a daily basis
  • Maintaining project tracking logs for construction submittals, material certifications, samples, and tests
  • Attending weekly/bi-weekly project progress meetings and providing status updates

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12-15 years of CE&I experience, or a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with 4-6 years of CE&I experience
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Bentley ProjectWise
  • SCDOT certifications (Asphalt, Earthwork, Foundations, Level 1&2 concrete), SCDHEC Erosion Control, ACI Field-Grade I, Work Zone Traffic Control, and AASHTOWare Project experience
