Position Overview:

The Restaurant Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and financial performance of the restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring that the restaurant staff delivers exceptional service to guests, team members, vendors, and the community. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies.

  4. Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to uphold service standards.
  5. Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages team member growth.

  7. Administer drug testing programs in accordance with policies.
  8. Stay informed on legal regulations and adjust departmental policies as necessary.
  9. Encourage collaboration and communication among team members and department leaders.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant is required.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop a restaurant team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Tribal entities is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Candidates must be able to work in various environments and under varying conditions.

Working Conditions:

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to various weather conditions. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary to meet operational needs.
