About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Panda Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, inventory management, and labor control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food, labor, and overhead costs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales growth, and improving restaurant performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
