Freelance Technical Support Opportunity

Echo360 is seeking a skilled freelance technical support professional to provide assistance for onsite live events from June to August 2024. The ideal candidate will utilize PointSolutions (Turning Point) audience response technology to ensure seamless event execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deck creation, hardware setup, troubleshooting, report running, keypad distribution and pickup, customer service, and pre-event site visits as needed. While geographic location is not a strict requirement, proximity to Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, Baltimore, MD, Atlanta, GA, Waco, TX, and Kansas City, MO, is preferred.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Echo360 (Turning Technologies) PointSolutions (TurningPoint) software, Remote Poll software, and PointSolutions Polling Application.
  • Knowledge of popular features such as Count Down Timers, Speed Scoring, Correct/Incorrect Answer Designation, and Saving Sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, including Presenter View, Animations, and other features.
  • Ability to set up receivers in session rooms, including running cable, testing, and breaking down equipment after the event.
  • Able to provide reports to customers as requested during the event.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and accurately communicate with customers and their appointed representatives.
  • Able to work effectively in collaboration with onsite AV teams provided by the customers.
Compensation

$/day + $95 per diem/day. Travel expenses (if required) paid by company.

This is a freelance contract position that is not eligible for benefits.
