Mobile Customer Service Representative

As a Mobile Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them resolve a variety of mobile-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of working with software applications; 6+ months of high-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
