Role Description:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and precise processing of orders at the warehouse level. This position collaborates closely with warehouse teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment while upholding exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role interacts with various divisions within the Supply Chain team, including Customer Success, Logistics, and Supply Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage lot allocation and conversion to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Prioritize orders based on shipping timelines.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for order processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify replenishment teams as necessary.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including missing items or damaged products.
  • Oversee CHEP pallet inventory to ensure visibility for Warehouse Operations.
  • Engage daily with the Customer Success team to provide updates and assistance regarding orders.
  • Communicate regularly with warehouses across different time zones.
  • Approve warehouse invoices.
  • Perform additional tasks to support the Warehouse Operations Division.

Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor and attitude.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain; experience in cold storage is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems is required; familiarity with Sage is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to problem-solve and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
