">Job Requirements:
">The Account Executive will lead the sales and business development efforts, focusing on outside sales and business development. This role requires a strategic approach to account coverage and penetration.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop an existing customer base.">
- Cultivate new relationships and qualify new client opportunities.">
- Position E2 Optics as a leading provider of structured cabling, audio visual, and wireless/DAS solutions.">
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.">
- Build strong relationships with distribution, manufacturers, and other trade partners.">
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.">
- Collaborate with sales support teams to achieve business objectives.">
- Provide regular updates and insights to management.">
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and pipeline activity.">
- Use CRM and RIPP systems to manage customer interactions and quoting processes.">
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.">
- Travel as required to support clients and pursue new business opportunities.">
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.">
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.">
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Proficiency in CRM and project management software.">

Compensation and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
