Job Requirements:

The Account Executive will lead the sales and business development efforts, focusing on outside sales and business development. This role requires a strategic approach to account coverage and penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain and develop an existing customer base.">
  • Cultivate new relationships and qualify new client opportunities.">
  • Position E2 Optics as a leading provider of structured cabling, audio visual, and wireless/DAS solutions.">
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.">
  • Build strong relationships with distribution, manufacturers, and other trade partners.">
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.">
  • Collaborate with sales support teams to achieve business objectives.">
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management.">
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and pipeline activity.">
  • Use CRM and RIPP systems to manage customer interactions and quoting processes.">
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.">
  • Travel as required to support clients and pursue new business opportunities.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.">
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.">
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management software.">
  • 2-3 years' experience in industry-specific commercial sales.">

Compensation and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
