Job Description:

Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

The Glass Doctor of Tampa Bay is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an ISR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information to our clients.
  • Quote and Sales: Provide price, schedule, and quality quotes for automotive glass jobs, and assist in closing sales.
  • Appointment Setting: Set appointments for flat glass projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to email requests and communicate effectively with our clients, dispatchers, and other office employees.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
