Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Business Development Manager to join our team at Playfly LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating incremental sponsorship revenue on behalf of the University of Southern California (USC) to meet and exceed individual and team goals for Playfly Sports Properties.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of direct sales experience in the sports multi-media environment, with a proven ability to manage, meet & exceed budget & revenue goals. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience managing a team of direct reports is preferred.

This role will also be responsible for leading and managing the USC sports property staff, identifying potential sponsors through networking with USC stakeholders & business partners and researching local, regional & national companies.
