Your Role
As an Account Manager at Excel Sports Management, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, develop and implement marketing strategies, and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed client expectations.

Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with creative, strategy, and production teams
- Excellent negotiating skills and an innate understanding of industry pricing
- Creative problem-solver and highly conceptual abstract visual thinker
- Confident self-motivator; proactive and willing to initiate action
- Solutions-oriented thinker with a high-level ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Outstanding relationship skills and a team-oriented, collaborative approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, across multiple projects with tight deadlines
- A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and projects at any given time
- Highly competent in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and other project management platforms
- A selfless team player who looks out for the well-being of others
- Passion and love for sport, entertainment, tech, culture, and lifestyle
- Ability to travel 20-30%

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits and discretionary bonus opportunities. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
