Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our mechanics, supervisors, and customers by performing tasks such as processing mechanic labor, typing quotes and memos, and answering service department telephones.
  • Equipment Support: Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment, including processing warranty claims and researching repair information for customers and mechanics.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service office, including maintaining and updating the Service Procedure Manual and Standards of Performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes or equivalent e-mail server.
  • Experience: Experience in the automotive, construction, or industrial work sector is a plus.
