Account Coordinator

The Account Management Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Account Management Team and serving as a liaison between our Field Service and Billing Departments. This position requires a high level of responsiveness to client needs and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain customer work order networks and refrigerant tracking websites as assigned.
- Process quotes in customer work order networks and in-house software for customers as assigned.
- Complete invoicing in customer work order networks and in-house software for customers as assigned.
- Process and track Manufacturer warranty claims.
- Follow up on parts ordered by purchasing.
- Create purchase orders for sub-contractors used on service jobs.
- Follow up with Account Managers on customer quotes that are inactive, aged, or not accepted.
- Manage dispatches for review, finalize, and submit to billing.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of clerical or administrative experience.
- Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Operation of general office equipment.
Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; noise level is usually moderate. All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
