Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hire Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gastonia, NC.

Job Summary:

This role provides administrative support to the HR and HSE departments, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties, including receptionist duties, data entry, documentation, printing, and filing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR and HSE teams, including receptionist duties and data entry.
  • Manage invoices for vendors through NEXTGEN and SAP.
  • Manage orders for supplies and create new hire badges.
  • Ensure IMAG (Process Map Incident Management System) is maintained and up to date.
  • Manage health services reporting, scanning, and filing of reports.
  • Manage the schedule of the HSE team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ADHOC, POs, and order processing.
  • Knowledge of IMAG (Process Map).
  • Ability to work well with others and be flexible with working hours.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Compensation:
  • $19-21 per hour.
Available Schedules:
  • Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm.
