Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services Community Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including receiving and distributing mail, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Coordinate with IT department on office equipment and ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
  • Provide general support to visitors and answer questions and requests.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors and plan in-house or off-site activities.
  • Answer office phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines and familiarity with email scheduling tools.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Education

High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
