You will play a crucial role in translating client circumstances into actionable insights that facilitate informed decision-making. As the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for identifying the right individuals to collaborate with our firm. Core Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming inquiries
  • Evaluate potential clients to ascertain their compatibility with our practice, while maintaining an empathetic listening approach
  • Screen and qualify leads based on legal type and potential case viability
  • Schedule initial consultations for qualified leads
  • Ensure proper navigation of leads through the intake process
  • Prepare and follow up on fee agreements to secure necessary signatures
  • Request relevant documentation from qualified leads
  • Maintain communication with leads regarding documentation needs
  • Update and manage the firm’s databases and reports to track calls, qualified leads, scheduled consultations, and other essential metrics
  • Respond to incoming communications and ensure the appropriate dissemination of information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Welcome visitors and clients, offering guidance and information as required
  • Organize documentation and perform data entry in our case management system to enhance client onboarding
  • Assist staff with general office tasks as requested
  • Support Legal Assistant duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a legal environment preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Education or work experience equivalent to an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly in data tracking and reporting, is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
