Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team at DiPasquale Moore, LLC. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our firm's success by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full intake process from initial contact to client onboarding, providing top-notch customer service throughout.
- Educate potential clients on our firm's unique capabilities and services, highlighting our expertise in achieving maximum financial recovery for personal injury cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other teams to determine case eligibility and work closely with investigators and attorneys to coordinate in-home client visits and initial consultations when necessary.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a smooth intake process.
- Actively contribute to the intake team's success by achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets, while safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality.
- Manage multiple calendars and referral databases, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous sales experience preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to spend most of the day on the phone.
- Empathetic and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Goal-setter who holds themselves accountable for results and can successfully manage a pipeline of potential clients from initial contact to onboarding.
