About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Streaming Entertainment Portfolio strategy at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our streaming offerings to drive market leadership, differentiation, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy
    • Set product strategy for our streaming portfolio to ensure market leadership, differentiation, and profitable market share growth across our platforms.
    • Lead new product launches, including orchestrating the end-to-end go-to-market plan, inclusive of product strategy, business case, customer value proposition, customer support, market launch, and ongoing product life cycle management.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new streaming opportunities to drive growth and profitability over the long-range plan.
    • Partner effectively with technology, sales, and care teams to foster continued innovation of our platforms.
  • Customer Experience
    • Create product solutions that improve loyalty & churn and increase upgrade and cross-sell performance across our key customer segments.
    • Accelerate the evolution of our streaming app on leading video devices to help increase engagement, upsell services, and discover the best content available.
  • Content Acquisition
    • Formulate recommendations around key consumer trends, technology developments, and the competitive landscape for multicultural and value segments.
    • Expand and optimize FAST content offerings.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in leading a technology-oriented and consumer-driven business, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and forward-thinking.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally within a large-scale, complex, data-driven, and technologically innovative organization.
  • Solid track record of achieving business objectives utilizing influence skills with significant dependencies both internally and externally.
  • Ability to successfully innovate and scale products while concurrently prioritizing new opportunities and execution of deliverables.
  • Holistic business experience in consumer technology products and services with demonstrated knowledge of current trends in the TV, internet, and wireless ecosystem.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable in pursuing innovation, customer experience, and commercially successful strategies.
  • Ability to lead financial forecasts, strategic product planning, and influence promotional and communication plans.
  • Superior data and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to perform actionable quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business to present insight and recommendations to multiple levels across different functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting deadlines and managing people to achieve optimal results.
  • Leads, motivates, and inspires team members and partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – an outstanding ability to build relationships, influence, and navigate within a complex organization.
  • Presence and self-confidence to interface and engage with key stakeholders internally and externally.
