Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement coordinated regional strategies to grow the clinical enterprise, network affiliations, and integrate programs across all Pennsylvania Medicine entities.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide administrative leadership for One Penn Radiology, overseeing the coordination of outpatient and inpatient Radiology services, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Clinical Operations Oversight: Optimize integrated Radiology operations planning, ensure compliance with operating guidelines, and promote patient engagement.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Partner with senior leaders to develop strategic growth plans, lead the development of annual capital and operating budgets, and monitor financial performance.
  • Clinical Portfolio Growth: Work with hospitals, physician leadership, and Business Development teams to implement strategies for building clinical volume, market share, referrals, and access management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) or Master of Arts or Science (Required)
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience leading strategic and/or operational functions in radiology or related healthcare areas
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
