Regional Account Manager

The Sales Specialist - Printing & Packaging Solutions will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering innovative solutions to customers. This position involves working closely with end-users and distributor partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
You will be responsible for promoting sales growth in an assigned geographic territory in North America. This includes meeting or exceeding established objectives and goals for the assigned territory, coordinating sales activities, and understanding and communicating customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
- A four-year college degree; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years combined experience in distribution sales in paper, print, tape, or other similar manufactured products. Flexo experience highly valued.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complex business negotiations.
- A valid driver's license, passport, and physical ability to drive for lengthy periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt work schedules to satisfy customer needs.
- Availability for air/auto travel up to 70% of the time.
- Spanish language capability a plus.
