Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Boro Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  2. Room Management: Verify room availability, manage room assignments, and ensure accurate room postings.
  3. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in property management systems and front desk software.
