About the Role

Lazard is a leading global financial advisory and asset management firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its Private Capital Advisory Group (PCA). As a Vice President, you will play a key role in the Real Asset business, focusing on transaction management and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and Lazard's institutional investor coverage professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Prepare and present marketing materials, including investor presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and financial models, to support capital raising activities.
  • Manage the details of roadshows, travel, and related logistics to ensure seamless execution of capital raising activities.
  • Prepare responses to investor due diligence requests and maintain a database of investor commentary, feedback, and interest in a particular fund.
  • Develop and present presentation materials for prospective clients, analyzing client investment performance information and assisting in the group's due diligence investigations of prospective clients.
  • Track market data to support the group's communications with fund managers and investors.
Requirements
  • At least six years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably in placement agent or internal investor relations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior client interactions.
  • Demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities, with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple deals across the Real Assets vertical.
  • High level of responsiveness, with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high-quality work product.
  • Top academic performance, with comfort operating in an unstructured environment that values initiative, creativity, and maturity.
  • Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers.
  • Infrastructure or Real Estate experience preferred, but not necessary.

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $250,000 - $275,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Financial Advisory's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
