Role Responsibilities

What You Will Do:
As an Account Management Associate, your primary focus will be to assist your portfolio of clients in leveraging the extensive range of research solutions offered by Third Bridge. You will cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships with managers of credit funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds, engaging with investors daily to enhance their investment strategies.

With the backing of a supportive team, you will develop a profound understanding of our offerings, aligning them with the preferences and requirements of our clients. Your approach will prioritize assistance over sales, driving account growth by pinpointing relevant content and connecting clients with industry experts to maximize their engagement and our visibility.

You will maintain up-to-date records of client preferences and essential account information, enabling you and your team to provide a customized content delivery experience. This position presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established team and collaborate with colleagues across our international organization, including fellow account managers, research analysts, sales, finance, legal, and product teams, all while embodying our One Third Bridge philosophy.

Qualifications

What You Bring:
As someone early in your sales or account management journey, you possess some experience in customer-facing roles and are eager to refine your skills and expand your commercial acumen. Your enthusiasm for learning and taking full advantage of the training and exposure provided by this role is essential.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, sharing insights and expertise while remaining open to learning from others. Your ability to foster positive relationships with both colleagues and clients is a significant asset, enabling you to advise and influence effectively.

While prior experience in sales or account management is advantageous, your target-driven mindset and strong work ethic are paramount. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role. Although English is the primary language of our international business, proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial when engaging with certain clients.

Compensation and Benefits

How You Will Be Rewarded:
• Competitive salary of $60,000 plus on-target earnings and benefits
• Generous vacation policy starting at 15 days, increasing to 20 days after two years of service, in addition to US holidays
