What will you be responsible for?
As an Account Management Associate, your primary role will be to assist your portfolio of clients in leveraging the full range of research solutions offered by Third Bridge. You will cultivate enduring relationships with managers of credit funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds, collaborating with investors daily to enhance their investment strategies.
With the support and training from your close-knit team, you will develop a thorough understanding of our offerings, aligning them with the preferences and requirements of our clients. By adopting a 'supportive, not sales-driven' approach, you will foster account growth by identifying pertinent content and connecting clients with industry experts to optimize their experience and increase our visibility.
Maintaining up-to-date records of client preferences and relevant account information will be crucial in delivering a customized content delivery service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly established team, working in collaboration with colleagues from various departments including Research, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product Teams, all while upholding our unified ethos.
QualificationsWhat qualifications do you bring?
In the early stages of your sales or account management career, you possess some customer-facing experience and are eager to refine your skills and expand your commercial acumen. You are motivated to absorb knowledge and take full advantage of the training and exposure this role provides.
Your collaborative spirit allows you to share insights and learn from your peers, and your ability to foster positive relationships with both colleagues and clients is a significant asset in this position. While previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous, your target-driven mindset and strong work ethic are paramount.
Effective communication is essential; you should be confident in both written and verbal interactions, whether over the phone or in person. Although our business operates primarily in English, proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial when engaging with certain clients.
