Clinical Training Specialist

VIA Health Partners is a leading provider of end-of-life care, and we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner Preceptor to join our team.
About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to mentor and train advanced practice providers in palliative and hospice care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical training and education, with experience in developing and implementing training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and train advanced practice providers in palliative and hospice care
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with established policies and protocols
- Disseminate and communicate clinical practice changes to the team
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for modifications of practice
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain clinical competency
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in hospice and palliative care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology, home health care, or medical surgical
- Master's degree in nursing and certification in hospice and palliative care nursing
- Current, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NC and SC, and official recognition as an Advanced Practice Provider from the NC and SC Board of Nursing
