About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a seasoned Product Manager/Program Manager to join our Application Data Solutions team for Fidelity Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our strategy, meeting performance objectives, and delivering large-scale change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute complex, multi-faceted strategies to drive large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate cross-team and cross-business workstreams to achieve alignment and address common goals.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure contracts are executed and deliverables are met.
  • Create and operationalize complex processes and procedures to streamline work, gain efficiencies, and build scalable and repeatable frameworks.
  • Identify, supervise, and manage budgets and resources across numerous products, services, and programs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep activities relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Consolidate and summarize large amounts of visual information into accessible formats.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to provide partners and stakeholders with products and services that are enjoyable, intuitive, and easy to use.
  • Help create an accessibility-centric culture by increasing awareness and empathy and promoting adoption of new tools and behaviors.
  • Build out sophisticated, coordinated roadmaps.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience working in a combination of financial services, agile technology environments, and/or digital accessibility.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing complex projects and programs that impact organizational direction and change the culture.
  • Knowledge of how to use data to show value, progress, and trends.
  • Ability to make informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to form strong relationships and display a high degree of executive presence.
  • Ability to navigate sophisticated relationships, forge critical partnerships, and influence effectively.
  • Proven track record of success when working in agile environments, including the ability to use various agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and work with associated applications like Jira and Jira Align.
  • Ability to break down and organize sophisticated concepts, analyze information, and communicate findings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Understanding of Fidelity's organizational structure and key players.
