Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and manage customer relationship management (CRM) data for current clients, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about available insurance options.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Property & Casualty insurance setting.
- Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to client needs.
- Strong communication abilities, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- People-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to learn and utilize computer systems effectively.
