Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Sales Recruiter at G3 Solar. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes identifying, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our sales division. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, collaborating with hiring managers, and playing a vital role in the company's growth and success.

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong Account Management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service is beneficial but not mandatory
