Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and forward calls, providing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Information Agent: Serve as a resource for guests, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Auditing: Manage reservations, ensure accurate billing, and conduct thorough audits to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Banking and Deposits: Count and reconcile bank deposits, ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to hotel procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clerical and Cash Handling Experience: Proven ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Hotel Front Desk Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Computer and Keyboard Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in hotel software and systems.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional service, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy.

Location: Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL.
