Spanish-Speaking Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is fluent in Spanish to oversee our Enterprise Accounts within the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of 6-10 Enterprise Accounts, guiding them through all phases from implementation to growth and retention.
2. Build and maintain strategic advisory relationships with each client, overseeing their health and risk post-sale.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure contract renewals and encourage further product adoption.
4. Collaborate with clients to create and implement a success plan that addresses their business objectives and measures performance against defined metrics and KPIs.
5. Transform satisfied customers into advocates and partners, aiding in the expansion of our business and platform.
6. Keep clients informed about product developments, demonstrating how these enhancements will support their evolving needs.
7. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to share best practices, enhance internal capabilities, and identify new customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer management, handling a portfolio valued between $1-$5M, with a focus on renewals and growth.
- Proficient in discussing both commercial and technical topics, capable of engaging in negotiations with senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrating sound business judgment and insight.
- Proven ability to devise and implement innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with various customer and commercial management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Jira, ZenDesk, Google Apps, BI tools, SQL queries).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment as a proactive, collaborative team player.
- Experience in a globally distributed, multilingual team.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of establishing credibility with C-level executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Agility Talent offers a competitive compensation package, influenced by various factors including skill set and experience level. The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $150K, plus bonuses.
